1) Who We Are
This Privacy Policy explains how AO Prado Group (operator of PradoRecruit.com) and AO Prado Brokerage (collectively, “we,” “our,” or “us”) collect, use, disclose, and retain
personal information provided exclusively in connection with recruiting, evaluating,
onboarding, and appointing candidates to work with AO Prado Brokerage.
2) Scope: Recruiting & Appointment Only (Not Consumer Services)
Information you submit on PradoRecruit.com is only for:
• Job applications (employment)
• Private contractor opportunities
• Licensed Agent Appointments with AO Prado Brokerage
We do not use this site to market or provide consumer services, and we do not solicit or
accept consumer inquiries here. All communications we send based on information
collected through this site are solely to respond to or manage your employment, private
contractor, or Licensed Agent Appointment candidacy.
3) Personal Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information from you and from permissible
sources (e.g., references, background-screening providers, licensing databases, and public
records):
• Identifiers & Contact Information: name, address, email, phone number(s), and
similar.
• Professional & Application Data: résumé/CV, cover letters, employment and
education history, skills, certifications, references, interview notes, compensation
expectations, work authorization.
• Licensing & Appointment Data (Insurance/Financial Services): state license
numbers, National Producer Number (NPN), lines of authority, continuing education
status, carrier appointments, E&O coverage, and related compliance information.
• Background Screening Data (when applicable and with required
disclosures/authorizations): identity verification, criminal history, sanctions, or
other checks permitted by law.
• Government Identifiers (as permitted and only when necessary): SSN/EIN for
contractor onboarding, tax forms (e.g., W-9), or to complete an appointment or
employment eligibility process.
• Communications & Technical Data: your communications with us (including calls,
texts, emails), call recordings where permitted by law, application metadata
(submission time, consent records, IP address), device/browser information, and
limited site analytics.
Note: If you progress in the process, we will provide any legally required disclosures and
obtain appropriate authorizations before ordering background checks.
4) How We Use Personal Information
We use your information to:
• Receive, review, and manage applications for employment or contractor roles.
• Verify qualifications, licensing, and eligibility for a Licensed Agent Appointment.
• Schedule interviews, provide process updates, and coordinate onboarding.
• Conduct background and licensing checks (with required
disclosures/authorization).
• Prepare appointment and onboarding packages, and maintain required compliance
records.
• Communicate about role requirements, training, compensation setup, and
start/appointment dates.
• Improve and secure our recruiting systems and comply with legal or regulatory
obligations.
We do not use information collected through this site to advertise consumer services, nor for general consumer marketing.
5) Text & Call Disclosures (TCPA/State Law)
By submitting your information, you may consent to us contacting you at the phone
number(s) you provide (including mobile) about your application, contractor
opportunity, or Licensed Agent Appointment. Communications may include calls or
texts and may use an automatic telephone dialing system and/or prerecorded/artificial
voice. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out for Texts: Reply STOP to end, HELP for help. A final message confirming
your opt-out may be sent.
• Opt-Out for Calls: Tell our caller or contact us using the options in Section 12.
• Not a Condition: Consent is not required to apply, interview, be hired, or be
appointed.
• Authorized Number: You represent you are the subscriber or authorized user of the
phone number provided.
All communications are limited to recruiting, onboarding, and appointment
purposes—not consumer marketing.
6) Legal Bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, our processing may rely on: your consent; steps at your
request prior to entering a contract; our legitimate interests in recruiting and onboarding;
compliance with laws/regulations; and performance of a contract.

We may disclose your information to:
• Internal teams (recruiters, hiring managers, compliance).
• Service providers/processors (e.g., applicant tracking systems,
background-screening vendors, cloud hosting, scheduling and messaging
platforms, identity/licensing verification, e-signature, and onboarding tools) bound
by contractual confidentiality and use limitations.
• Regulators, carriers, and licensing authorities as required to verify eligibility and
complete Licensed Agent Appointments.
• Professional advisors (legal, compliance, auditors).
• As required by law (e.g., to respond to lawful requests or protect rights and
security).

cross-context behavioral advertising.
8) Data Retention
We retain candidate records for as long as needed for recruiting, onboarding/appointment, legal, tax, audit, or regulatory requirements (for example, to meet insurance licensing and appointment recordkeeping obligations). When no longer needed, we delete or de-identifyinformation consistent with our retention schedule and applicable law.
9) Your Privacy Choices & Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, receive a
copy of, or limit certain uses of your personal information. You may also have the right to
withdraw consent to texts/calls (see Section 5) and to lodge a complaint with a regulator.
California Notice (CPRA): California residents have the rights described above, including
the right to know categories/specific pieces of personal information, to correct, to delete,
and to limit use of sensitive personal information (where applicable). We do not sell or
